What is included in a 'dry hire' mobile bar?
A dry hire service means we provide our restored horse trailer that we converted into a mobile bar, delivery, setup, and teardown. You provide the alcohol and bartender, and we provide the elevated serving space to act as your event's centerpiece.
Where are you based out of and how far will you travel?
We are based in the beautiful Madison Valley in Ennis, MT. We will travel within a few hours of our home base but we are happy to discuss traveling further for your event! The first 40 miles from Ennis are free and every mile traveled after that will be at a cost of $1/mile.
Do you carry insurance? And do I need insurance for my event?
Yes, The Tipsy Saddle carries general liability insurance as well as insurance on our truck and trailer. Because we are a dry-hire mobile bar, clients are responsible for obtaining any required event insurance and alcohol-related coverage. If alcohol will be served, we require either event insurance that includes host liquor liability coverage or a licensed and insured bartender/catering company that carries liquor liability insurance.
Can I decorate the trailer?
Yes! We welcome tasteful decorations that match your events needs. We'll discuss any additional decoration plans in advance to ensure the trailer can accommodate your request and compliments your event's style and vison. Keep in mind we provide cowhide rugs, Willie's Distillery barrels, lighted bar signs, etc.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. While deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling is possible based on availability. Full terms are detailed in our contract provided at booking.
